Fortify

Fortify means to protect or strengthen against attack. Have any of you read about all the wars? Even though the Cold War mostly was a spying war, they still had fortifications. Also, if your family was on the other side of the Berlin Wall, too bad! If you went over the wall, you're shot dead! So, now that wall separated America, Western Germany and Eastern Germany, Soviet Union. Now, this all happened because Hitler thought he could take over the whole world. Later, Hitler wanted to take over Soviet Union. Hitler started with Europe. He already had Germany. He never was able to get to Asia. He got Africa. Somehow, though, he got stopped. Ok, bye!
